Make-A-Wish
Tens of thousands of volunteers, donors and supporters advance the Make-A-Wish vision to grant the wish of every child diagnosed with a critical illness. In the United States and its territories, on average, a wish is granted every 34 minutes. We believe a wish experience can be a game-changer. This one belief guides us and inspires us to grant wishes that change the lives of the kids we serve.
Lunches of Love
Kids who depend on a nutritious breakfast and lunch each day at school are suddenly left wondering where their next meal is coming from during extended school holidays and during the weekend.
With your help, Lunches of Love is working hard to end the very real problem of childhood hunger in our community. May 2019, Lunches of Love served their 3 MILLIONTH free lunch to children living in food insecure households.
LoL serves nutritious lunches Monday-Friday during extended school holidays. Each lunch costs approximately $0.75 and is made with love inside the kitchen of our host sites.
Inside every bag:
Main Entree- sandwich, spaghetti or hot dog Goldfish, pretzels or wheat thins, Fruit, yogurt, or low fat snack, Juice or Water.
Katy Wolfpack
Katy Wolfpack, a Special Olympics Texas Team, offers softball, basketball, track and field, bocce ball, golf, bowling, aquatics, soccer, and cheerleading for individuals with intellectual disabilities who live in Katy, Texas and surrounding areas.
Katy Wolfpack serves over 200 athletes in the Katy area. Our donations will support athletes as they train for their events and compete at the state level.
