Are YOU Ready To Roll With BDJH?

In 2006, Beckendorff Junior High Teen Leadership classes chose to create an opportunity for our school to give back and from that planning “Ready 2 Roll Day” was born!  For the past 14 years this day has helped us raise over $400K for local, national, and international charities.

In years past, we chose non-profits that help fund research for children with cancer, facilitate athletes with disabilities, help save animals in shelters, and build schools in Africa & Nepal.

 
This year, on Friday, March 6th, we are choosing to support 3 amazing organizations: Make-A-Wish, Lunches of Love, and the Katy Wolfpack.

It’s a great learning experience for ALL students to see how they can help such important causes that affects so many people and a true testament to the generosity of the families, teachers, and students of our BDJH community.

Why?  Because we believe the best leaders lead by serving others…

How can you help?  Students/families can bring loose change, checks made out to Make-A-Wish, Lunches of Love, and/or Katy Wolfpack, or make online donations to one of the 3 organizations starting NOW and until March 6th - Ready to Roll Day.
